The 200+ members of the Baltimore Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter (BMAC) have been committed
to serving the Baltimore metropolitan area for over 20 years. As members of the largest public service
sorority, BMAC sorors have worked diligently in many social and political activities. We remain cognizant
of the many challenges that affect African Americans and remain active and vocal in efforts to uplift our
community and other regions of the global African American community.
BMAC devotedly supports the public service activities of our sorority nationally, regionally and locally.
In 2010, at the 50th National Convention of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., BMAC was named the
recipient of the following:
* National Social Action Award, Eastern Region
* Reclamation Award, 2nd place
* Technology Compliance Award, Eastern Region
to serving the Baltimore metropolitan area for over 20 years. As members of the largest public service
sorority, BMAC sorors have worked diligently in many social and political activities. We remain cognizant
